In order to guarantee maximum efficiency and safety of the iron and steel equipment supplied, Conte 1908 offers its customers a careful assistance service at every stage, right from the planning stage.

More specifically, the assistance service provided concerns:

• Design: the technical office carefully evaluates the needs of each customer in order to design safe and functional solutions, suitable for the specific context of use.
• Equipment testing: upon request, our specialised technicians test the equipment produced, both in-house and at customer plants (in Italy and abroad).
• Personnel training: depending on the complexity of the equipment supplied and of the customer's needs, our technicians provide training to plant personnel regarding the correct use of the handling equipment.
• Compliance inspections: in order to protect the health and safety of operators, our technicians carry out, upon request, all the verifications required by L. Decree 81/08

• Extraordinary maintenance: the sales department and our technicians are always available to manage any extraordinary maintenance.
• Scheduled routine maintenance: the sales department prepares a program of routine maintenance for each equipment manufactured, in order to ensure constantly optimal machine operating conditions and operator safety.
• Equipment upgrade: at the request of the customer, our technical department can arrange for all electrical equipment to be upgraded to comply with current legislation.
